My books on the early history of poliomyelitis including the new biography of Albert Sabin by @asabinbio sadly polio could return to the U.S. Due to sharp declines in vaccination rates, measles has returned to America and I predict we could start seeing congenital rubella cases next year, pertussis also back. Hopefully this won’t extend to polio but it’s popped up in the wastewater of NY a couple of years ago so not impossible
