In Houston, Texas, @SecKennedy announced 8 communities selected to receive $96 MILLION through HHS' new STREETS program to confront homelessness, addiction, and serious mental illness.

Under @POTUS, HHS is taking treatment directly to Americans living on our streets, connecting them with recovery support, housing, and the resources they need to rebuild their lives.
