.@POTUS and @SecKennedy are building a health system that listens to patients and families who report vaccine injuries, follows the evidence, and uses what we learn to make vaccines safer.

From opening a new @NIH clinic to strengthening physician reporting, improving electronic health records, and modernizing @CDCgov's vaccine safety monitoring system, HHS is taking action to better identify and investigate potential vaccine injuries while improving patient care.
