.@POTUS and @SecKennedy are building a health system that listens to patients and families who report vaccine injuries, follows the evidence, and uses what we learn to make vaccines safer.

From opening a new NIH clinic to strengthening physician reporting, improving electronic health records, and modernizing CDC’s vaccine safety monitoring system, HHS is taking action to better identify and investigate potential vaccine injuries while improving patient care.
