Living with multiple sclerosis (MS), Marci Pedrazzi McCue was the first person in a U.S. clinical trial to receive CAR-T cell therapy for MS - an approach that resets a patient's own immune cells to fight the disease from within.

The results were remarkable: zero oligoclonal bands, a key marker doctors use to track MS activity. It was made possible by a clinical trial led by Dr. Jeffrey Dunn at Stanford and a therapy developed by @Kyverna_Tx .

Marci didn't take on this fight only for herself, but for the millions living with MS still waiting for hope.
